To qualify for the Super Early Bird $995 rate or the first-time attendee rate, a Principal member must be one of the first 20 to register by the deadline and pay within two weeks upon receipt of invoice. This discounted rate is non-refundable and not transferable to another meeting; substitutions are allowed. This discount is not available to Associate members.
Three or more members paying the regular registration price from any Principal member organization will receive a 10% discount off registration fees. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount, such as the Super Early Bird discounted rate, first-time attendee rate, and/or spouse/guest rates. Group discounts are not available to Associate members.
Spouses and Guests
: Spouse and guest registration provides entrée to the receptions only, not the General Sessions.
Students: Student planning to attend must be sponsored by a PPC member company and be over the age of 21 or have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. The sponsor company assumes full responsibility for the student’s personal conduct and safety.
To cancel a registration, contact PPC immediately for a confirmation notice. Substitutions are available at any time, free of charge.
The Super Early Bird rate is non-refundable. Substitutions only.
The First Time Attendee rate is non-refundable. Substitution to another first time attendee available. The registration may also be moved to the next meeting.
For Regular and Early Bird Registrants:
• 30+ days prior to event: Refund available, minus a $50 processing fee.
• 15-29 days prior to event (Spring or Fall Meeting, Boot Camp): Refund available, minus a $500 processing fee. Members may instead opt to move their registration to the next meeting. Please note that members can move a registration only once.
• 10 or fewer days prior to event: Substitution only.
If you are not completely satisfied with a conference or workshop, you may request a full or partial refund of your registration fee. Please send your explanation to Ben Markens at email@example.com within 14 days of the conference and your request will be reviewed at the next Executive Committee meeting.
