Growing up, Robin Matusik often played with Legos. She liked thinking of a creation and then making it a reality. Today, as a senior package designer with Hasbro Toys, Robin thinks the same way about designing paperboard packaging. “You can build almost anything with paperboard,” she says. “I really enjoy coming up with the idea, figuring out how to make it, and then seeing the package at retail.”

Among other parts of my job as a productivity psychologist and consultant, I experience these magical states when I’m delivering keynote speeches.
