Lisa Pruett is the President of the Packaging and Labels Segment at RRD, a global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. As a high-energy and dynamic leader, Lisa built a career in the packaging industry by transforming cultures, chaos, and bottom lines. Overseeing the packaging, labels, and supply chain solutions businesses which account for more than $1.6B of the company’s revenue, Lisa leads a team of 3,500 employees across North America, Central America, and Europe.
Before joining RRD, Lisa worked for several packaging organizations in sales and operations leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from Georgia State University, and a Masters of Science in Finance from the University of Michigan, Dearborn. She honorably served as an Ordnance Officer in the U.S. Army and is a Desert Storm veteran. Her belief in a lifetime of service has led her to volunteer with several faith- and veteran-based organizations as well as served on various mid-market company boards of advisors. Lisa and her husband reside in Cincinnati, Ohio with their two sons.

As the Executive Director of GreenBlue, Paul Nowak brings more than 30 years of packaging industry experience to his role. At GreenBlue, Paul oversees the strategy for the nonprofit’s seven projects, including The Sustainable Packaging Coalition (SPC) and How2Recycle, both of which serve hundreds of members across the value supply chain. Since joining GreenBlue, Paul has overseen the growth of key projects, like The Recycled Material Standard, as well as the development of initiatives, like creating the first dynamic recycling label for America’s most recognizable disposal label.
Prior to joining GreenBlue, Paul channeled his passion for sustainability throughout his career, launching the first Quad Sustainable Packaging Public Report, Quad’s Annual Client Sustainability Symposium, and Quad’s Community Education Program. Paul has also championed diversity, equity, and inclusion, supporting the development of SPC’s Inclusion & Representation in Packaging Collaborative, and founding the first Quad Business Resource Group for LGBTQIA+ teammates.
