T.W. Francescon, Jr. began his career at Southern Champion Tray (SCT) in 1999, working in safety followed by a brief stint as a production supervisor. After earning his MBA, in 2003 he moved into the role of Human Resources Manager for their Chattanooga, TN division. In 2015, he became the Corporate Director of Human Resources, providing leadership to all SCT facilities, which are located in Tennessee, Texas, and Ohio, and where he enjoys working alongside 788 coworkers. He has had the privilege of being involved in the Paperboard Packaging Council, where he currently serves as the Human Resources Committee Chair. His hobbies include: spending time with family; working out; coaching his children’s sports teams, and serving in his church and community. His two favorite titles are: Husband to Laurel, and Dad to Thomas, Noah, and Bella.

Joel Zaas is 3rd generation owner of Boxit Corporation and began his career in 1983 after graduating from Miami of Ohio. His father and Grandfather were active members in the National Paperbox association and Joel has served on the board of directors since the Paperboard Packaging Council acquired the NPA. Joel and his wife, Marilyn, welcomed their first granddaughter London in March of 2020.

Dele Abiona has over 30 years in the field of human resources with extensive experience in the areas of employment law & EEO compliance, talent acquisition and management, compensation and salary administration. A host of the human resources initiatives developed and implemented have been with start-ups, turn around and multi- national companies mostly in the hi-tech industry.

Prior to Oaktree Solutions LLC, Dele Abiona served in HR leadership executive positions with companies in the hi-tech space at various stages – start-ups, turn-around, and multi-national. In those roles I provided leadership and direction for global human resources strategies and played instrumental roles in due diligence tied to VCs & PEs fund raising and the successful M&A initiatives. I have a strong generalist background with significant international experience both on strategic and operational levels.

Dele Abiona has Masters’ of Science degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations from Rutgers – The State University of New Jersey, Graduate School of Management, New Brunswick, NJ and BA in Economics from Eastern Washington University, Cheney, WA.
