Predictive Index: Talent is Everything
As part of the Summit, participants will take the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment (PI). Measuring four behavioral drives, PI provides a simple framework for understanding individuals’ workplace behavioral styles. Employee behavior reflects the unique ways you and your co-workers contribute to the team and organization. By understanding how these behaviors manifest day to day, you can take steps to accommodate your people’s needs and improve your team as a whole.

Rooms will be allocated on a first–come, first–served basis. Reservations will be accepted at the discounted group rate until the room block is full or the cutoff date (whichever comes first). After that, reservations will be honored based on availability at regular hotel rates.

Air Travel
PPC will provide a shuttle to the airport following the close of the workshop. Day 2 of the summit will end in time for attendees to catch a 5pm flight out of O’Hare International Airport.
Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is 28 miles from the hotel (approximately 30 minutes).
Chicago Midway Airport (MDW) is 35 miles from the hotel (approximately 45 minutes).
