Guest Speaker

Keva Sonderen joined the Sonderen Packaging team in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative and handled the accounts of some of our largest customers. Her current position is as a third generation Co-Owner and she also handles the Marketing for the company. She enjoys working closely with her brother and co-workers to ensure the family culture that their grandfather established remains intact and that the business continues into the next generation.

Keva’s education includes a business degree from Eastern Washington University. Keva played division one volleyball at EWU and had a successful and decorated volleyball career there and is an individual inductee into the Eastern Hall of Fame. She learned many life skills that directly translate to her commitment to Sonderen such as hard work, discipline, the ability to handle tough situations under pressure, leadership and teamwork. One of her favorite quotes is “Never Settle for Less than Your Best.” Keva has been a member of Executive Women International since 2004 and values the relationships and experiences that have contributed to her personal and professional development. She enjoys learning new tools to assist in running the business and honing her leadership skills. She has attended many leadership classes and conferences at Gonzaga University as well as retreats that enhance personal growth and overall confidence through Cirque Du Sophia.

Keva was born and raised in Spokane Washington and loves spending time with her children, husband, lifelong friends and family. Her favorite place to visit is the family cabin at Priest Lake. She enjoys playing volleyball, reading historical fiction novels, and eating unique types of food. She has traveled to Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Portugal, France and Brazil and will someday return to Rio de Janeiro to vacation with her husband.

How it Works

If you’d like to ask a question…

  • On your desktop, you can type in a question at any time in the Q&A function (anonymous questions can be asked) which can be seen only by the host until answered

If you’d like the chance to speak on a topic…

  • On your desktop, raise your hand as indicated on the bottom of your screen. Once speaking permission is granted you can unmute yourself and begin to make your statement
  • If dialed in from phone, select *9 to raise your hand in the conversation, once permission is granted, press *6 to unmute yourself

Once you have made your statement, the host will remove your speaking permission to allow others the opportunity to share their position.
