Seth is the President of Sales Solutions+ where he specializes in Fractional Sales Leadership powered by Sales Xceleration. As a Fractional VP of Sales, he rolls up his sleeves, working on-site or virtually to help small to medium size B2B businesses focus on sales strategy, process, and people to find their best customers and, ultimately, build a path for profitable and sustainable sales growth.

Seth has 25+ years of sales and sales leadership experience in the high visibility packaging arena with Techform, Alloyd, CardPak, and Rohrer companies, serving multiple markets. He has achieved a winning track record by providing a valuable blend of motivational leadership, strong business acumen, and exceptional strategic and tactical account management. He is classically trained in Sandler Sales and Sales Management, Professional Selling I, II, III, Karrass Effective Negotiations, and Pathways to Leadership. He truly is a student of the sales profession.

Seth graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics Management and an Accounting minor. He lives in Hilliard, Ohio, with his wife and three children. During his spare time, he volunteers as the color analyst on internet radio and video streaming for Hilliard Bradley High School and Ohio Wesleyan athletics.
