Transform your people – and your results – through powerful coaching!

Coaching has never been more critical to organizational success; in fact, recent studies show that up to 75% of organizations expect their managers to coach their direct reports. However, many managers lack the critical know-how to be an effective coach. In this dynamic learning workshop, participants learn a framework for coaching, then apply the skills, strategies, and timing needed to make coaching a success.

For our sessions, we will be using the book, The Heart of Coaching by Thomas Crane. The book is not a requirement, but it is useful as a go-forward tool to reinforce many of the concepts we will go over in the session.
